Ingredients
- 2 boxes dry cheesey scalloped potatoes
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 – 1lb. container cooked ham or Spam (if preferred), diced
- 1 – 12oz. can evaporated milk
Directions
- Take cheese packets out of the scalloped potato boxes and dump into bottom of 9×13″ baking pan. Pour boiling water over cheese and stir gently to melt. Add evaporated milk (shake well before pouring). Add diced ham and potatoes into liquid and stir gently to coat potatoes. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
