Interim Director of Administration
Century Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Interim Director of Administration (up to 30 hours/week) to provide operational leadership and administrative oversight in support of our mission and ministries. This role partners closely with the Lead Pastor and ministry leaders to ensure that CBC’s financial, organizational, and operational systems function with clarity, integrity, and effectiveness. While not a pastoral position, this role plays a vital part in strengthening the church’s infrastructure so that staff and volunteers can focus on spiritual leadership and disciple-making.
The Interim Director of Administration will oversee financial operations, human resources, office systems, and facility use, while serving as a key liaison to the Finance and Personnel Committees. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational leadership, financial and administrative experience, and a high level of integrity and discretion. We are looking for someone who is aligned with CBC’s mission, values stewardship and clarity, and is motivated to build sustainable systems that support long-term ministry health.

Administrative Assistant
Century Baptist Church is seeking a relational and highly organized Administrative Assistant to serve as the front-office presence and operational hub of our weekday ministry. This role provides warm hospitality, administrative excellence, and coordination that supports our staff, elders, ministry leaders, and congregation. As both a welcoming first point of contact and a behind-the-scenes organizer, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring clear communication, smooth systems, and well-supported ministry efforts.
This position includes responsibilities in office administration, communication support, database management (Breeze), and coordination of events and facility use. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. We are looking for someone with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ who sees this role not just as administration, but as a meaningful contribution to the life and mission of the church. This position may be structured as full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week) depending on staffing needs.
