Ingredients
- 4 oz can chopped green chiles
- 15 oz can lima or black beans
- 15 oz can pinto beans
- 15 oz can kidney beans
- 15 oz can hominy
- 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1.25 oz packet taco seasoning
- 1 oz packet ranch seasoning
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- Brown beef and onion, drain excess fat.
- Add remaining ingredients, enough water to cover and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
