Stovetop Chili Mac

 

Ingredients

  • 2 – 15 oz cans chili with beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies, such as Rotel
  • 1 quart (4 cups) beef stock
  • 2 boxes cheeseburger macaroni, such as Hamburger Helper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large, deep skillet or in a pot.
  • Bring to a boil, turn down heat to simmer, cover pan and cook 10-12 minutes, stirring 3-4 times during cooking
