Ingredients
- ¾ C boiling water
- 1 – 3 oz package orange or lemon Jello
- 1 C (8 oz) cold orange juice (or fruit juice of your choice*)
- 3 – 4 oz fruit cup orange segments, drained
Directions
- Spread fruit on the bottom of a clear serving dish. In a large bowl, stir boiling water into gelatin. Stir 2 minutes, until all of the gelatin mix is completely dissolved. Stir in 8 oz cold orange juice or juice of choice.
- Pour over fruit and refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- *NOTE: Do not use Pineapple, Kiwi, Mango, Papaya, Guava, or Lemon juice, as the gelatin will not set.
