Corned Beef Pie

 

Ingredients

  • 1 – 12 oz can corned beef, diced
  • 1 – 8 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 – 10 oz can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 – 14.5 oz can seasoned cabbage
  • 1 – 28 oz can baked beans
  • 1 – 4 oz package instant mashed potatoes

Directions

  • In a deep pie dish or a casserole dish, mix together corned beef, mushrooms, cabbage, baked beans, and mushroom soup.
  • In a bowl, mix potatoes and spread over pie.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 400.
