Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 – 15 oz cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 – 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 – 12.5 oz can chicken, drained and broken up with a fork
  • 1 – 7.5 oz Bisquick or 8 oz Jiffy biscuit mix
 

Directions

  • In a 2-quart casserole dish mix together veggies, chicken, and chicken soup.
  • In a bowl, mix biscuit mix and drop by spoonful on top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 400
