The purpose of the Timothy Ministry is to identify, activate, and encourage Biblical leadership for the purpose of making disciples for Jesus Christ.
It’s our hope that God would be glorified by bearing fruit through His disciples, growing out of a passion for Jesus Christ.
The Timothy Ministry is a 12-week cohort designed to study and discuss the role of elders in the local Church. During the time together, the group will study the Word, discuss relevant books and resources, provide opportunity for teaching, and meet with current elders at Century for a clear understanding of Church leadership.
The Timothy Ministry is led by Mike Watson and Pastor Paul Nather.

Over the course of the next 6 months, we will gather to discuss assigned readings and exercises and discover how to put them into practice in the life of a church. There will also be times when individuals will participate in current elder meetings and ministry practice, allowing for opportunity to fully understand and apply the material discussed.
